Transparent investment

Plans that match your phase.

Three engagement formats — from a one-off assessment to an ongoing partnership — with stated investment ranges and explicit scope. The final price depends on real complexity, but you start the conversation already knowing the order of magnitude.

Choose your starting point

Each plan is independent. Many clients begin with the Assessment, move on to Implementation and migrate to an Ongoing Partnership — but nothing stops you from jumping straight into the tier that makes sense.

Assessment

For those who need to decide where to start based on data, not intuition.

R$ 4–6k one-off investment

Duration: 1 to 2 weeks

  • Mapping of up to 3 target processes with key stakeholders
  • ROI prioritization with an effort × impact scorecard
  • Technical proposal with suggested architecture
  • Executive presentation in 1 closing meeting
  • 90-day roadmap document

Implementation

For those who already know what they want to solve and need to deliver with measured ROI.

R$ 20–60k investment per project

Duration: 4 to 8 weeks

  • Assessment included (if not yet done)
  • Complete build of 1 to 3 workflows, apps or dashboards
  • Testing, hardening and technical documentation
  • Training for the internal team (up to 8h)
  • Handoff with operations manual + 30-day warranty
  • Before/after metric agreed at kickoff

Ongoing Partnership

For those who want to scale the platform without building an internal team of specialists.

R$ 4–12k per month

Minimum contract: 3 months

  • Dedicated squad with a monthly hours pool
  • Continuous evolution of workflows, apps and dashboards
  • Support via Teams/WhatsApp during business hours
  • Monthly executive prioritization committee
  • Governance, security review and license optimization
  • Monthly report of accumulated ROI
Talk about a partnership

Why ranges and not fixed prices? The variation within each plan reflects the real complexity of data, integrations and number of users. Before signing any contract, you receive a proposal with a fixed price within the range — based on real scope, not a generic estimate.

Questions about investment

What managers tend to ask before closing.

Why do you work with ranges instead of a published fixed price?

Two projects in the same category can vary 3× in effort depending on integrations, volume and the quality of existing data. Stating a range is honest; a published fixed price would be a guess or hidden padding. After the assessment, you receive a fixed price within the range.

How does payment work?

Assessment: 50% at kickoff, 50% on delivery. Implementation: 30% at kickoff, 40% at acceptance, 30% at handoff. Ongoing Partnership: monthly recurring via bank slip or PIX with an invoice. We issue a service invoice in all cases.

Does the investment include Microsoft licenses?

No. Power Platform, SharePoint and Azure licenses belong to the client. We advise which license covers your case during the assessment — many solutions work with the licenses already included in the Microsoft 365 plan your company probably already has.

Is there a discount for an annual contract?

Yes. Ongoing Partnership contracts with 12 months get a 10% discount and a guarantee of adjustment only by the IPCA index. Multiple implementations contracted together get a progressive discount of 5 to 15% depending on the package.

Which tier should I choose if I am unsure?

If you have not yet mapped your processes with clear ROI, start with the Assessment — it pays for itself by avoiding implementing the wrong thing. If you already have a mapped pain point and a sponsoring stakeholder, jump straight to Implementation. An Ongoing Partnership makes sense from the third project onward.

Can I cancel the Ongoing Partnership?

Yes, with 30 days’ notice after the minimum 3 months. All artifacts delivered during the contract remain with the client, including technical documentation and source code (where applicable).

Still unsure which plan is yours?
